Premier Care can accompany you to social activities or your day centre. We can spend time with you, helping you to learn new skills or how to get a particular task done.
You might need one of our carers to stay with you while the person who normally looks after you has a short break.
Premier Care Carers will be willing to undertake light domestic tasks such as hoovering, dusting and general cleaning, washing up, and personal laundry. Premier Care carers can also help with managing service users fuel supplies, and help with light gardening duties, subject to certain restrictions which will be discussed with service users when their Care Plan is developed.
We will do your shopping and go on errands such as collecting prescriptions or newspaper/magazines.
Our Carers will prepare breakfast, mid day meals, evening meals or supper, and any other snacks and drinks that service users may require during the day. The carer will be on hand while service users enjoy their meals in order to provide conversation or companionship. Our carers are trained to ensure that your meals are nutritional and healthy and also appetizing for the taste buds.
Premier Care Services can offer service users a flexible service in respect of providing care services at or through the night:
Night duty - awake - this service is for service users that require frequent attention during the night.Night duty - sitting - this service is for service users that may require some attention during the night. Staff will be expected to be called periodically during the night.Night duty - sleeping - this service ensures that the client is not left alone during the night. Carers will ask that a bed is provided and they will remain with the client during the night.
We are registered with the CQC and all our staff are fully qualified and CRB checked for your peace of mind.
